The second screenshot shows how to use the item reference notation to access all available data. In the example show, the formula in G7 is: LOOKUP(2,1 / ( item F7 ), price) where item is the named range B5:B12, price is the named range D5:D12, and data is sorted ascending by date. Google Finance API is not returning the this kind of data anymore. To lookup the latest price for a product in a list, sorted so latest items appear last, you can use a formula based on the LOOKUP function. =PSQ(A1 "TIME") => NOT last trade time, just time of last queryĭATE and TIME are the timestamp of the last query, not the last trade date.=PSQ(A1 "DATE") => NOT last trade date, just date of last query.=PSQ(A1 "CHANGEPERCENTAGE") or =PSQ(A1 "CP").The add-in is providing an Excel function called PSQ to retrieve stock data like open, last, low, high or name for the passed symbol. So you just have to write this function (like SUM or LOOKUP) with the right arguments and you get your quote.
